One and Two Bedroom Suite : One-bedroom (103 sq. m) and two-bedroom (167 sq.m) suites are available, all with a tastefully furnished living room, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. All suites have panoramic views of Karon Beach from the living room and master bedroom, both of which have spacious sea-facing balconies large enough for dining, from which the spectacular sunset over the Andaman Sea may be enjoyed.

Two-bedroom suites : have a third balcony offering views of the forested hills behind Karon. Large patio doors allow sea breezes to cool the rooms.All suites are fully air-conditioned and have separate bathrooms with hot and cold-water showers and bathtub. Daily room service is provided.

Parasailing, water-skiing, jet-skis and banana-boats can be enjoyed on the beach as well as sun-loungers and umbrellas. The Waterfront has a large free-form swimming pool, with kids? pool and Jacuzzi pool. Sun-loungers and towels are available at the poolside.  The garden includes a large fishpond.

A full-size doubles tennis court, with floodlights is available, with rackets.
Inside the building are a squash court, sauna rooms and a game room with a full-size pool table, dartboard and table tennis table.

The reception desk is open 24-hours during the high season, October15 ? April 15., and our friendly staff will arrange tours, car hire, airport transfers as well as offering advice on local activities and sights.

Security guards and engineering staff are on duty 24 hours day and surveillance cameras are installed at key locations. There is ample parking. Safe deposit boxes are available at reception.
