All are equipped with a double or twin bed, TV, including cable access, refrigerator, hot and cold shower and wireless internet. Facilities include The 1st Restaurant offering delicious Thai and Chinese food and the Maneemonta Spa where you may relax and have the stress of travel massaged away.

Business travelers have at their disposal a conference room seating up to 100 people. This area can be divided into up to 4 smaller rooms if required.

Serving a range of up-market Thai and Chinese specialities, but at very affordable prices, The 1st Restaurant provides the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a special celebration.

Enjoy a Kamikaze cocktail as you browse the extensive menu of delicacies, some of which, in olden times, were reserved exclusively for Chinese Emperors. The food may be fit for a king but you will be amazed and delighted at the prices.

For that special party, we offer a private room for up to 20 guests. The 1st Restaurant is open for:
        Luncheon    11am 2.30pm
        Dinner          5pm - 11pm
We serve tea, coffee and a range of soft drinks when the restaurant is closed in the afternoon.

CONFERENCE at The Residence Airport:

The Residence Airport offers conference and seminar facilities for up to 100 people or the area may be sub-divided into up to four smaller rooms. Standard facilities include PA system, slide projector and screen. Our staff will arrange your stationery requirements and The Residence Airport fax and photocopying facilities will be at your disposal. Refreshments and meals can be served in situ or The 1st Restaurant can be reserved for you. Please discuss your detailed requirements with us well in advance.
